Healing With Ezra provides premium digital products, coaching, and educational programs. Due to the nature of these offerings, our refund policy is designed to protect both the business and clients.


1. Digital Products (E-Books, Audio, Downloads)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
There are no refunds on digital products, including:

  • E-books
  • Audio books
  • Digital guides
  • Templates
  • Downloads
  • Workbooks

Once a file is delivered, it cannot be returned.


2. Coaching Sessions (1:1 Calls / Consultations)

A. Single Sessions

  • Sessions are non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule once with 24 hours notice.
  • No-shows or late cancellations result in forfeiture of the session.

B. Multi-Session Packages

  • All payments are final.
  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded, but may be rescheduled with proper notice.

3. Group Programs / Courses / Challenges

Because access is granted immediately upon enrollment:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.

This includes:

  • The 8-week transformation program
  • Community-based cohorts
  • Masterclasses
  • Any program materials

4. Subscriptions & Community Memberships

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but:

  • Past charges are non-refundable
  • Cancellation stops future billing only

Clients are responsible for managing their own subscription settings.


5. Event Tickets (Live or Virtual)

Tickets are non-refundable, but may be:

  • Transferred to another person
  • Credited toward a future event (case-by-case)

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for any product or service will result in:

  • Immediate removal from all programs
  • Revocation of content access
  • Possible legal action for fraud

We encourage customers to contact us directly instead.


7. Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

We may issue a refund only if:

  • You were charged twice in error
  • You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times
  • A technical error prevented you from receiving your product

Error-based refunds must be requested within 3 days of purchase.
