  • Subscriptions/memberships → renew automatically unless canceled

You agree to provide accurate billing information.

6. Digital Product Delivery

E-books, audio files, downloads, and digital resources are delivered via:

If you do not receive your item within 15 minutes, please contact support.

7. Coaching & Consulting Services

By booking a session or program, you acknowledge that:

We reserve the right to decline clients for any reason.

8. Community Conduct

If joining a community (Well-Men, Healing Tribe, or others), you agree to:

  • Respect all members
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Not promote hate, violence, or illegal activity

We may remove any user at our discretion.

9. No Unlawful Use

You may not use this website or services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, abusing our staff, or misusing content or services.

  1. This is  a brief description of the types of messages users can expect when opting in.

  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@HealingWithEzra.com or call 1-878-333-0388.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
